RocketDock: Mac OS X style application launcher

RocketDock is an application launcher (for Windows 2000 and higher) that provides a dock similar to that in the Mac OS X Aqua GUI. It has very nice interface to drop shortcuts on for easier access and organize. The dock is also compatible with Windows Vista, and is able to show live updates for the windows that are minimized, like in Mac OS X, and live thumbnail updates on the task bar in Vista.
