It is a question turning around, why do so many companies hire employees with little knowledge? To make selection between candidates is tough, true, but that doesn’t mean that you have to hire most suitable person between candidates even while he or she can not met the required skills.

To hire wrong person can be tough as well, when it comes to terminate contract, since a relationship with the employee can be formed by the time. To take special care in hiring is most important ingredient for success.

Interviewing
When it comes to meet with the potential employees, you need to ask many question to figure out theirs weaknesses and strengths, sense of teamwork and cooperation as well as job skills. Because, hiring the right people will affect your business in direct way and it will also touch to success and growth of your company on positive side as well as your career path.

It’s been said that, most of employers take theirs decision whether to hire or not within the first 9 minutes of Interview. Don’t be one of those people who make decision so fast. Take lots of notes during the interview and leave the evaluation period to some another time.

References
Reference check is an integral part of hiring process. Most of companies are very intensive at organizational security and safety. That’s why your hiring decision should take any step before making an effort to check references.

The person who checks the references shouldn’t be the one who interviewed the candidate. It is very possible for interviewer not to be objective since he or she can already get an idea during interview whether to hire or not. The most suitable reference check would be done by some other person who hasn’t met with the candidate.
