Day by day, the number of web-based applications for office workers are increasing and most of those applications are intended to make an easier life. I have previously heard a lot of complains about some applications those had very complicated interfaces for average computer users.

When I checked their website I found out that, they also offer online file sharing which is a great feature for office people to share files since the emails has a size limitation to deliver. I have tried to list some important features of projectspaces below;

Documents
You can upload any type of document (Excel files, Powerpoints, PDF’s, images, videos, etc.) and keep them organized with hierarchical folders. Your team members can leave comments on your documents which makes team work even more productive. Sorting by file type, size and topics makes it easier to navigate between files to quickly find what you need

Announcements
You can have project spaces (that is kind a blog format) and announce news about ongoing project. If project members have been subscribed to site with an RSS reader or email notification, they will instantly see new announcements, furthermore they can even comment on announcements.

Calendar
An organizer can not be without any calendar application. There is not much to talk about it since they all (almost) functions by the same way. But one thing you should know, that the calendar of Projectspace allows you to export content in your ProjectSpaces to online calendars like Apple iCal, Google Calendar, etc.

Collaborative Online Documents
That is where it hits the spot. You can create a shared document that can be edited by all team members. Application allow you to track previous versions of document and rollback to previous version if needed.

That part is more or less related with the project coordinator. You can assign tasks with task management tool and send a notification to group members by email. To coordinate tasks and responsibilities in one place might increase your productivity.
