Silly question, I assume when you say:
“You may not resell, distribute, modify or make multiple use of Gabfire NewsPro theme with this package.”
If I bought this package I could still edit it for use on that 1 blog?
Also, if at a later point I wanted to move to another package (i.e. multi site or Developer package), will there be some discount or something on the higher package?
Lastly, if I want to put it in a staging blog to get it working the way I want, is that okay to transfer it when it is right?
I like the look of your theme! Of, one more thing, how does the video box work? It would be nice if it worked of an extra field (like the forte theme I use now).

Sorry, I believe that I had a typo mistake and I am not able to understand how I placed Modify into the license agreement. You for sure have right to modify the theme to bring it up more useful for yourself.
Whenever you want to upgrade your package, I will make a discount of 80% from the sum of your previous payment. Lets say that you bought single license, later when you want to upgrade your license, you will always have $48 discount when it comes to upgrade your theme.
Videos are posted under of a category and the last video is displayed on the sidebar. You can check my demo page to see how video section works out.
I didn’t understand the question
That means he will install the theme in a testing Wp installation. He will do all modification there till he is satisfied wth the look. Once that is done he will transfer the theme to the actual site.
Thanks Techie, that is what I meant but since then I have decided to use the Test Theme plugin to test it out on the live site. I have already found that I need to tighten up the way I use my site a little but I knew that already, have to use categories better in this sort of environment.

The NewsPro Theme is very well designed and attractive. Just a few more questions: You have several sections: Featured with tabs, Featured Photos, etc. I am assuming I can move them or choose to turn them off if I wish.
The Featured Photos section: Can I install say, a Lightbox plug-in so the photos do not go off site?
Is there no footer?

Thank you for the nice comment, You are free to edit the template by the way you want. You can turn off ajax tabs, or remove it along with the featured photo section.
About featured section; I would suggest Get the Image plugin which pulls a thumbnail of a the first picture added into post and display on main page at the specified section. So, you would create a category just for photos, and display thumbs on the main page, when visitor clicks on image, he would be re-directed to single post page to see full size of image. That brings a plus as user would be able to comment the picture which is not possible with lightbox.
I’ve tried to insert several footers into NewsPro but plain area looks much better.
